Introducing our most popular, and highly valuable, service. Day to Day HR is your go-to solution for ongoing support. 

Wrap-around compliance support and daily access to an HR consultant. We’re talking direct access. 

You’ll have your very own dedicated human resources consultant to answer your common HR questions as they arise. Everything from terminations and absenteeism to fair labor standards and employee relations – dedicated support is here!

Unlimited access to a dedicated HR expert. By text, email, or phone. Seven days a week.

What does Day to Day HR look like? 

Day to Day HR is an ongoing monthly subscription. 

Included in your subscription is unlimited use of Day to Day HR by employees and managers. 

Also included in the package is our quarterly Sexual Harassment Prevention Training and Semiannual Essential Skills for Supervisors Training. Plus you’ll get your very own preferred hourly rate on all other projects.  

A monthly Day-to-Day HR subscription includes:​

Human Resources Retainers/Fractional HR

Starting at $2,850/month

Outsourced human resources at its finest. Put your business function back in your hands. Leave the HR to us. 

In need of more hands-on support? Our Human Resources Retainer services are recommended for clients who wish to outsource their HR function. Or those who need long-term projects completed outside of our normal scope of service. 

Retainers range from 15-50 hours per month based on the scope of your specific needs.

Human Resource Audits

Starting at $3,900

A Human Resources Audit is an in-depth review of your business’s entire HR function. 

This includes benefits, employee files, training, performance management, hiring, and terminations.

At Boss Consulting HR, our Human Resources Audit is an in-person service. We serve small businesses in Connecticut and the greater Tri-State area.

An HR consultant will spend time on-site reviewing your current human resources function and employee files. You’ll then be provided with an in-depth report of where you and your business stand and expert recommendations to move forward.

When should you have an audit done?

  • Hiring milestones (15 employees, 50 employees, etc)

  • After an investigation by a state or federal agency

  • After a merger or acquisition

  • After a major change in leadership (CEO, President, etc)

Employee Handbooks

It's hard to run a small business. There are so many moving parts and pieces, and it can be overwhelming to keep track of everything.

When you're just starting out and don't have many employees, it can be tempting to put off creating a handbook—especially if you only have one or two employees! 

But your employees still need to know what's expected of them – and an employee handbook is the best way to do that.

By giving your employees access to a handbook, you're communicating what you expect from them, creating a tool for onboarding new employees, and protecting yourself and the business.
